I’m Sarah Bell, founder of Bell Kiva Consulting Limited. I’ve been working in communication roles for more than 20 years, in UK universities, primary education and the private sector. I’ve led large communication teams and I’ve delivered bespoke projects. I can deal with the small detail or the big picture, usually both and all at the same time.  

I have advised leadership teams on creating strategies and encouraging people to move in the same direction. I’ve audited practice, made recommendations for improvement and delivered the changes. I’ve managed communication during a variety of incidents, including the pandemic, for employees and for vast numbers of students.  

So why consulting? I love a challenge and I love making a difference. If I can do this all day every day for a variety of clients, I’ll be living my happiest life.
